DEON ERP POLICIES

Refund Policy

How to request cancellation, report billing issues and ask for a refund.

Last updated:

This policy explains the process for payments made to DeonERP for its software subscriptions and related services. Eligibility depends on the accepted quotation or service agreement, the circumstances of the request and applicable law. This page does not create a separate money-back guarantee.

1. Which payments this policy covers

This policy covers DeonERP subscription fees and any implementation, migration, training or add-on charges paid to DeonERP. Maintenance dues, amenity deposits or other amounts paid to a housing society must be addressed to that society or the relevant payment recipient.

2. Before making a payment

Review your plan, billing cycle, included features, implementation scope and cancellation terms before purchasing. Ask our team to clarify any refund or trial conditions in writing.

Where a free trial is offered, use it to evaluate the service. A trial offer is separate from the refund terms for a paid subscription.

3. Duplicate, incorrect or failed payments

If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or debited without confirmation of service, contact us with the payment reference and invoice details. We will review the records and explain the outcome and any applicable correction or refund.

A transaction still marked pending may need confirmation from your bank or payment provider. Do not share your card security code, banking password or OTP with anyone handling a refund request.

4. Subscription cancellation and unused periods

To request cancellation, contact us from the registered customer email address and identify the society and subscription. The effective cancellation date, any renewal impact and eligibility for unused-period refunds depend on the agreed subscription terms and applicable law.

Cancellation does not automatically establish a refund entitlement. This does not limit a refund or other remedy required by law or expressly promised in your agreement.

5. Implementation and optional services

Refund eligibility for implementation, data migration, training, custom work or third-party add-ons depends on the accepted scope, work already performed, the agreed terms and applicable law. Ask for clarification before approving additional work.

6. Service problems

If a service is not working as agreed, provide a description of the issue, when it occurred and any relevant support reference. Our team will review the issue and the remedies available under your agreement and applicable law.

7. How to submit a request

Email our team with your society or customer name, registered contact details, invoice number, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Attach relevant supporting records with unnecessary personal and financial details removed.

We may request information needed to verify the payer and transaction. We will communicate the review outcome and, where a refund is approved, the amount, payment method and expected processing timeframe.

8. Approved refunds

Where feasible, approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. If that method cannot receive the refund, an alternative must be verified and agreed with the payer. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.

Any deductions, tax adjustments or treatment of third-party charges must be explained and supported by the agreed terms and applicable law. No fixed processing period is promised by this page.

9. Your rights and policy updates

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law. If you disagree with a decision, contact our team with the relevant records so the concern can be reviewed.

Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Payment-specific commitments already agreed remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
